Will these racks fit my 13 by 18 inch half sheet pan or cookie sheet?

Yes. Each Ultra Cuisine rack measures 16.5 by 11.5 by 1 inches and sits neatly inside a standard 13 by 18 inch half sheet pan. You get two racks per set, and the sheet pan itself is sold separately.
Can I cook on these racks in the oven, and how hot can they go?

Yes. Our stainless racks are oven safe up to 575 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can roast, bake, or crisp on them. The full 1 inch height lifts food off the pan for airflow all around.
Will these wire racks work on a smoker or grill for jerky and bbq?

Yes. Ultra Cuisine racks are made for smoking, grilling, drying, and bbq as well as baking, in 304 stainless steel rated to 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Each rack is 16.5 by 11.5 inches, so measure your smoker first.
Are these cooling racks really dishwasher safe, or will they rust?

They are dishwasher safe. Ultra Cuisine racks are 100 percent 304 (18/8) stainless steel, so there is no chrome plating to flake off. Towel dry after the cycle rather than leaving them damp.
Is the steel food safe, and are the wire edges safe to handle?

Yes. Ultra Cuisine racks are food-safe, professional grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel with smooth, no-snag edges and a tight wire grid. Check the edges and welds as you unpack a new set, and handle the bare wire with care.
